Several Quebec grocery store chains are now charging 5 cents for each plastic bags While others are debating on how the whole idea is useless, unhelpful, and “greed-driven” (I was a bit shocked reading comments on CBC website), PassiFlora is starting a collection of grocery-bag tutorials.
