Benefit dinner and Earth Day craft
Veg*n & Animal Rights
Imagine eating a four-course vegan meal prepared specially for you and knowing that 100% of the profit will be donated to the animal-right organization. Did I mention that all the vegetables are locally grown and you can bring your own beer or wine? Sounds too good to be true? Not for those of you who live in Portland: Post Punk Kitchen announcing:
a benefit dinner for the 2009 Let Live Conference. The menu is focusing on all the lush local seasonal produce that Oregon has to offer. Think lots of fresh, green flavors and creamy textures with with some crunch.
The dinner will take place on May 1st, 2009, at Sweet Pea bakery (1205 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR 97214). For more information about the event check out their blog post.
And if you are not in Portland on the first of May but are still looking for some delicious vegan food, check out Post Punk Kitchen website.
