Ecorattle, a baby-sister of a popular Ecorazzi website, is

intended to give new parents a daily dose of great products, ideas, and news geared towards raising kids in a environmentally-friendly way. We recognize that it’s not always easy finding sustainable and natural goods for children — and hope to make the process easier by highlighting companies and people making a difference with their products. We also love dishing on the latest news surrounding green parenting and the trends coming down the road. We’re fairly young ourselves — so bear with us as we learn “how to walk” and develop a site rich with content and great discussion.

Inhabitots is one of the websites in the Inhabitat family. It was

started during the summer of 2008 by Inhabitat.com founder Jill Fehrenbacher as she prepared for the arrival of her first child in August 2008. We recognize that the birth of a child is a turning point in people’s lives and the impetus for many people to ‘go green’ and really start researching the materials and production involved in all items that closely touch our lives. With this in mind, Inhabitots.com was created as a resource for parents, families, and anyone else interested in sustainable modern design for children. With a focus on design specifically targeted at babies, toddlers and kids, Inhabitots.com is a supplement to the wider focus of Inhabitat.com
